Letter to the Editor

Marie Constantin penned a letter to the editor about the need for stormwater management programs in Louisiana. It was sent to all statewide print media. She highlighted the fact that Louisiana is most often #1 in rainfall. If we don't strive to be #1 in stormwater management, we will continue to have stormwater emergencies. We need to pivot. Louisiana needs a two-pronged stormwater approach to reduce litter and prevent flooding. We know this works.
